Not served because of wealth. Unfortunately we were not served after waiting 12 minutes at the seat. A gentleman cleared parts of the previous guest test from our table without saying anything, in order not to come back, let alone take our order. We waited a few more minutes, but it was obviously no longer necessary to serve two guests that day. It's a shame that should be taken for granted in a coffee.

Got this cafe recommended by a friend for looking for cakes and pies ... and wasn't disappointed. Cake was delicious and I ordered the coffee twice ... highly recommended

What is most pleasant and noticeable for us, was the first-class, attentive and friendly service of the two guys who didn’t let themselves be disturbed even though the cafe was full on Sunday 10am.

When you stand in front of the cake counter with all the cakes and delicacies, you want to take them all with you and each of them would be worth it. You can get everything imaginable, fine artisanal bakeries at really decent prices, you get pleasant advice and you can also stay in the small cafe. The large dining room is also very cozy and pleasantly reserved with a homely design. Here you can have a bigger breakfast or a hearty lunch.

The garden is very nice, the cakes are mostly good. Last time the raspberry cake was unfortunately not very tasty!

Unfortunately we were a little late for the official breakfast. Although there was still a lot in the shop counter, the waitress could only offer us the day ticket. Too bad, not very service-oriented and there was no sales either and we will not have them in the future either.

Our pastry shops press 10 in the service. But it is difficult to find a seat inside, and you are waiting in a long queue to take the cake out. When they like 1-2 slices of cake and try to buy it, they wrap it on paper. In Turkey, they did put him in a beautiful package box. We ordered inside, the fruit cake was nice, the chocolate came a little dry. When serving cake there is only fork. knives and napkins in Turkey would do. It's amazing that you have one of the most popular cafe's of Munich at the vicinity (not downtown). They have the best cake in town besides the cake shop close to the Theatiner church. And beyond that you can have a great meal for lunch.

Schuntner has the best cakes in this part of town. I am also very fond of their 'Scheiterhaufen' a sweet casserole that is served hot with vanilla sauce. There is a large comfortable, somewhat rustic, room in the back. It usually is full on weekends, yet it has a calm atmosphere with not too loud conversation. There is also seating in the back yard. Which was quiet and flowery when I visited last summer. Service is polite and quick. Everything is spotless.

Great breakfast, you have to book. But even standing at the counter is exceptional. Friendly service. Yes they arrange with English but we understand each other with the grandmother who showed the staff. I would stay there again and recommend it!

We came here on a good Friday morning and thankfully they were open! The staff are very friendly, the coffee is great (the flavoured coffee with hazelnut is pretty good), and the food is good! I love how warm and cosy the cafe is (there’s a semi-hidden second half of the cafe with more tables). The time they took to prepare our food was also pretty fast, which was great.

Really cosy cafe with really polite and warm staff! We ordered an Italian breakfast, a schuntner breakfast, scrambled eggs with ham, and coffee. The food was delicious (especially the Italian breakfast, which was also the priciest), and the coffee was great. Would highly recommend! :)

It was a relief to have good service, and I really enjoyed my scrambled bio eggs with speck and an Ingwer tea. We liked the possibility to eat outside too.

Very tasty breakfast, if a tad expensive. Decor was very nice compared to other Cafes. One waitress to the room and she managed it very well, although don't expect a personal touch.

I used to like this place more and went often for breakfast. But service is quite slow compared to other places and the coffee is not great.

Good price-quality ! Also the terrace is the backyard is a plus while nice weather. You can have brunch and there is a big choice of cakes.
